Our goal is to use modern technology to provide Buyers, Sellers and Lenders with the most accurate appraisal possible. Tim is well-trained in real estate appraisal and can quickly provide you with a fair and legally recognized valuation of your property. All appraisals will be completed with in 3 days of the site inspection.

PMI (Property Mortgage Insurance) Removal

If you have less than 20 percent equity in your home, you are paying PMI. However, home improvements and market appreciation can increase your home equity, meaning that 5% down 2 years ago, combined with market conditions, maintenance and landscaping improvements, could have created your 20% equity and result in a lower monthly house payment. However, the only way to know for sure is to have your home appraised- a cost which could easily repay itself in the amount you save due to your lower home payment.
