Tim Canady earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Tim is an associate Broker and member of the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS and is one of the few REALTORS in North Carolina to hold a Broker's License and Appraisal License.

Tim's in depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Financing.
